"I am three months into my year-long placement as a graduate at Opinion Leader. As someone who yearns for that sense of discovery and achievement that all kinds of research can bring, my first few months at Opinion Leader has been truly enlightening as I have been involved with numerous projects for a variety of clients.

The Graduate Scheme itself gives us as graduates a fantastic platform from which to begin our careers, and a great deal of confidence as we join our respective companies. Clearly, having access to the training resources is very valuable, but one cannot under-estimate the benefit of the peer support of the other graduates.  Being able to share experiences with other people from different parts of the business is not only interesting, it is helpful too".

"The Graduate Scheme has given me the opportunity to learn new skills from both formal group training and my peers. The Graduate Scheme also means that you create contacts across the Chime group with other people of your level. This provides us graduates with key networking skills and gives us a better understanding of the role each company plays within the group.
