The Chime Grad Scheme 2014-15 is now open for applications from bright inquisitive graduates who have or expect a minimum 2:1 degree and believe that their talents and interests will flourish in the world of advertising, public relations, corporate social responsibility, research or health marketing.

The Good Relations Group – the public relations group at Chime

Good Relations

OPEN Health - the healthcare communications group at Chime

OPEN Health is the first channel and discipline neutral agency in the healthcare communications sector. The agency delivers integrated medical communications initiatives at both a strategic and operational level; from communication planning and message development through to bespoke stakeholder mapping, accredited educational programmes and symposia.

Teamspirit – the integrated financial services communications agency at Chime

Teamspirit works for some of the biggest and best known financial services brands in the UK – you won’t find a more passionate agency when it comes to finance.  Teamspirit makes brands stand out, get talked about and get results by integrating their unique story into advertising, public relations, digital communications, direct marketing and events.
The roles are based in London and includes two placements during the year which will provide experience in the Communications Account Management team and Public Relations teams.

VCCP Partnership – the advertising group at Chime

VCCP is an integrated communications agency with a well-earned reputation as one of the most innovative agency forces working in the UK, winning more IPA effectiveness awards than any other agency of the same age.  VCCP believes in transforming client’s business by looking at the full customer journey to develop ideas that really populate culture.
The roles are based in London and will rotate within different sectors within the VCCP Partnership.

About the Scheme

Training Workshops -
offered throughout the year on a diverse range of core skills ranging from news writing, event management, time management and presentation skills.

Campaign Planning Workshop -  a residential and very intensive two day workshop where graduates work on a live client brief and present back to both client and agency senior management.

Graduate Charity Initiative - a team project running for 6 months where graduates get the chance to work across disciplines with their fellow graduates.

Alice Doyle of Hemihelp, said: "We have been absolutely thrilled with all the work that the Chime Graduates have done for us over the last six months.  We are a small charity, so to have this level of help and expertise has been invaluable to us and has made a real difference to the lives of families affected by hemiplegia."

Career Guidance - towards the end of the year each graduate will receive career guidance and discuss what potential opportunities there are within the Group going forward.

The deadline for applications is 17.30 Friday 17th January 2014

Following this, shortlisted candidates will be notified by 31st January 2014.  Unfortunately, due to the high levels of interest we cannot respond to all applications so if you have not been notified by 31st January 2014 you unfortunately have not been shortlisted.

The interview process will involve attending a half-day selection panel on one of the following dates: 18th, 19th, 20th February 2014 in central London.  No candidate will be considered who cannot attend any of the specified half day interviews so applicants need to be sure that they are available on any one of these days. Successful candidates will be informed by 14th March 2014 and will join the Chime Grad Scheme on 28th July 2014.
