Since joining Open Health Harvey Walsh directors Julia Wilkins and Sue Beecroft have formed a new executive board alongside OPEN Health’s Cory Inglis, David Rowley and Roger Selman.

Cheshire based Harvey Walsh was founded in 2002 and now works with over 30 Pharma companies and NHS organisations including Lilly, Sanofi, Daiichi Sankyo, Novartis, Boehringer Ingelheim, AstraZeneca, Salford PCT, Bury PCT and Portsmouth PCT.

• Harvey Walsh (HW) has won numerous accolades over the years including best small consultancy and best NICE implementation project at the Communique awards in 2005/6
• HW was highlighted in 2010 as an example of best practice by the Audit Commission for their NHS contracts management tool that saved Salford PCT £500,000 in its first year of use
• In 2008 Harvey Walsh was the only commercial agency to be invited to take part in a programme for NICE to highlight examples of best practice in the implementation of NICE guidelines
• HW is an NHS Information Centre information intermediary meaning that we have a full commercial re-use licence to provide monthly Hospital Episode Static (HES) data to our clients
• HW has created a unique database (AXON) to hold over 600 million HES patient records for analysis, enabling us to map and cost patient pathways across the entire healthcare system for our NHS and Pharma clients, linked across inpatient, outpatient and A&E data sets
• AXON now holds many additional data sources, including monthly prescribing data, that can provide powerful insight for our clients, especially when linked with HES data for example
• HW is ISO27001 accredited and is 100% compliant with the Connecting for Health toolkit meaning that we can extract, store and analyse patient identifiable data for our clients within the NHSnet N3 network
