JMI has been appointed by Epson, a technological leader that provides its clients with innovative high performance solutions, as the company returns to the Formula One grid as a partner of the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS Formula One™ Team.
JMI worked with Epson and the 2014 F1 Constructors’ World Champion over recent months to help secure the partnership and will manage the activation of the brand’s multi-year agreement. Epson will be the Preferred Supplier and Team Partner of MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS for inkjet printers, scanners, 3LCD projectors and wearables, including smart glasses and health/sports sensing products. The Epson logo will be displayed on the MERCEDES AMG PETRONAS race cars, team helmets and driver uniforms.
The locations of the 20 Formula One Grands Prix in 2015 closely reflect Epson’s global footprint and will provide high visibility platforms for showcasing the company’s advanced technologies and help accelerate growth by deepening customer relationships worldwide.
Set to be another exciting year for JMI, 2015 marks 20 years of the agency harnessing the power of sport to deliver engaging marketing campaigns for some of the world’s best-known brands.
