As part of a major project to transform the Saudi Arabia Olympic Committee and achieve international sporting success, CSM Strategic has been appointed to lead the development of an Elite Saudi Athlete Programme.
This programme will help to optimise Saudi Arabia’s preparations for Rio 2016, and build a Performance System that will enable the SAOC to identify talented young Athletes, and provide the right long-term support for Saudi Arabia’s athletes in the build-up to the Jakarta 2018 Asian Games and Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The CSM Strategic team will leverage their extensive strategic planning and international sports development experience, as well as utilising the strong CSM capability based in the Middle East. The team will be supported on the project by other international elite sports specialists.
