CSM Sport & Entertainment (CSM) is pleased to announce three significant additions to their senior management team. The team at CSM which is headed by Group Chairman Lord Sebastian Coe, have been joined this month by Roopesh Prashar, Alicia Klein and Charlotte Macartney.

Roopesh has joined CSM as Group Chief Financial Officer from Bell Pottinger where he was responsible for overseeing the global group finance function for the company for the last two years as Group CFO. Prior to this, he held the role of Middle East Chief Financial Officer for the company from 2008. "I am delighted to be joining CSM at a very exciting time in its development.  I look forward to helping the group achieve its global objectives over the coming years", commented Roopesh.

Alicia Klein has moved across from a Business Director position at CSM’s Brazilian office, to take up the new post of Head of Business Development for CSM and will be based in both Zurich and London. In Brazil she was responsible for accounts such as Visa, Coca-Cola, Unilever and Hyundai and so brings a wealth of brand and sponsorship management expertise to her new post. Alicia also worked for the Brazilian Olympic Committee, where she oversaw business and strategic development as well as legacy planning. “I am thrilled to be joining the central CSM team here in London and look forward to working with such a strong group of sport executives to help drive global growth across the organisation".

Finally, Charlotte Macartney who previously held the position of HR Director at CSM agency iLUKA, joins the central CSM team to oversee the group HR function as Group Director of HR. At iLUKA, Charlotte led the strategy and successful delivery of the international recruitment, training and retention of over 1,500 staff across several major global sporting events. "I am delighted to be joining the central team at CSM at such an exciting time. People are at the heart of our business and I look forward to developing a strong HR foundation to support our ongoing success", said Charlotte.

Group CEO, Jim Glover said today, "We are very pleased to welcome Roopesh, Alicia and Charlotte to the team, and I speak for the entire company when I say I am looking forward to working with each of them".
