Facts International joined forces with the British Promotional Merchandise Association (BPMA) to conduct real-time feedback on the BPMA stand, at last week’s Technology for Marketing and Advertising 2015 exhibition.

The exhibition which ran across Wednesday 25th and Thursday 26th February 2015 saw more than 11,000 marketers and merchandisers come together at the Olympia national arena in London.

This event marks the start of a wider programme of face-to-face research across a range of events in 2015 and looks to shape improvements in the way the promotional industry operates across the UK.

The digital research, carried out using tablet based technology, looks to understand the customer journey when purchasing promotional products and will identify how the industry can raise their standards to ensure that all purchasers receive improved service and experience in the future.

Melanie Eberlein-Scott, Associate Director Client Serves for Facts International comments “Partnering with the BPMA at this exciting time is a great opportunity for Facts International and we look forward to helping them shape the industry’s future”. She adds “ Facts International have a great deal of experience in real-time data collection using tablets and we’re delighted to be working on-stand with the BPMA to help them capture the views of marketers at one of the marketing calendars most popular events".

Director General of the BPMA, Gordon Glenister states “We are thrilled to be partnering with Facts International to capture views and perceptions on the promotional industry. The research will provide invaluable data that we will use to inform our strategic developments and improvements in the coming months and years”.
