Bell Pottinger’s technology brand continues resurgence with latest win
Harvard, part of the Bell Pottinger Group, has been retained by telecoms provider Resilient Networks to raise the company’s profile amongst the UK CIO community.
Resilient Networks, which works with organisations such as Sainsbury’s, St Mungos as well as a large number of banks and financial services organisations, ensures that a business or organisation’s inbound telephony services remain up and running through large scale emergencies such as terror or bomb threats, as well as office moves and the administration of flexible working policies.
David Collins Marketing Director at Resilient said: “We believe that inbound voice services are absolutely critical to UK business but currently receive very little focus from the CIO community. Our goal is to change this. We chose Harvard because they best demonstrated an understanding of our target audience, the CIO, and how they can help us achieve this goal in the next phase of our growth.”
Louie St Claire, MD at Harvard said, “Resilient are at an exciting time in their development, helping businesses to maintain business continuity, save money and remain flexible are all key issues for the CIO.”
Harvard Public Relations is a specialist technology and digital agency able to deliver B2B and B2C briefs, and works with some of the most prestigious names in the business, including Sky, Blackberry and Fujitsu.
As a business within the Bell Pottinger Group, Harvard offers its clients the attention and the depth of knowledge they would expect from a boutique, specialist agency, with all the support, stability and added resource of much larger agencies when needed – from creative services to an international network. Harvard also provides influencer relations via its dedicated IAR team.
