inEvidence expands customer reference offer with video team

Customer reference specialist inEvidence has responded to the growing demand for video testimonials by establishing a team that will provide full project management, production and post-production work across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.

inEvidence, part of The Good Relations Group, is the world’s largest customer reference consultancy and it has recruited five specialists to manage the increasing number of requests for videos from its blue chip clients.

The new video team includes an executive producer, a director of photography, director, senior editor and head of design who have experience of producing corporate videos and national television programmes.

While the team is based in the UK, local support will be introduced as appropriate to ensure that, when required, travel and logistics costs are minimised and that interviews can be conducted in the customer’s own language.

inEvidence has already started on filming interviews in London and Lagos in Nigeria.
