Chime Communications PLC ('the Company')

The Company has been notified that, as of 1st June 2012, WPP PLC had a direct interest in 17,330,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, which represents 21.17% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is 17,330,000. This notification has been triggered by an increase in the holding of WPP PLC crossing above the 21% threshold.

WPP PLC’s holding in the Company is held through WPP Beans Limited.

The Company confirms that its issued share capital as at the date of this announcement is 81,854,813 ordinary shares of 25 pence each.
