Chime Communications plc (“The Company”) Director Dealing Notification

The Company received notification on the 19th June 2012 that Rodger Hughes, the Senior Non-Executive Director of the Company, has purchased 15,000 ordinary shares of 25 pence each of the Company (“Shares”) at a price of 154 pence per share.

Following the purchase Rodger Hughes now holds a beneficial interest in a total of 27,053 Shares representing 0.03% of the total issued share capital of the Company.

The issued share capital of the Company at 19 June 2012 is 81,854,813 shares.
