The Company has been notified that, as of 26th March 2012, WPP PLC had a direct interest in 15,540,799 ordinary shares of 25 pence each, which represents 19.14% of the issued share capital of the Company. The number of voting rights is 15,540,799. This notification has been triggered by an increase in the holding of WPP PLC crossing above the 18% and 19% thresholds.

WPP PLC holding in the Company is held through WPP Beans Limited.
