A very Meery Christmas for Compare The Market

Compare The Market asked VCCP to come up with a project that will encourage repeat visits, shares and dwell time on the site to improve its Google rankings.

Coincidentally, the Meerkats are holidaying in Africa and Christmas is coming up. What better way to fulfil the brief, have some fun and celebrate Baby Oleg’s first Christmas than with a very Meery advent calendar?

Working closely with VCCP Blue and VCCP Digital (and poor old Sergei, of course), Kin built the calendar out of safari suitcases and created a festive Meerkat meme to live inside each one. Once the case is open, you can share the photos via your social networks, encouraging even more people to visit and return each day for a new treat.

Plus, if you open all 24 suitcases then you’ll get a special meerkat surprise on Christmas Day.
