Bell Pottinger is widely considered to be the number one communications consultancy in the region. Our relationships with the Abu Dhabi leadership and government are second to none. We are looking for super talented people to join us for the next phase of our growth.
We need corporate communications specialists, who have gained transferable experience working across a range of sectors – particularly government, energy, aerospace, utilities, environment, transport, arts and culture, and health. We are also looking for people with investor relations and social marketing skills.
In order to flourish in this region all our people need the following:
All round communication skills – whilst advising at the highest levels of government, we also roll our sleeves up and help ‘get the job done’. On any given day you may find yourself developing a world-class comms strategy, then drafting a speech, before chairing a project team.
Emotional intelligence – one of the key priorities of the government is the nurturing of skills and talent amongst the local workforce. You will need to win the confidence of your Arab clients, build relationships based on trust, and work with them in a spirit of shared endeavour.
Robustness – despite the glorious weather, it’s not a ‘sunshine posting.’ The work can be extremely demanding, operating in a very different culture, and your character will be tested to the max.
